💳 Refund & Return Policy

At GoMoore Transport LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional delivery services. While we strive for customer satisfaction, we understand that issues may arise and want to ensure our policies are clear and fair.
✅ Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations within the allowed timeframe as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
- Service errors on our part, such as:
- Late delivery due to driver error
- Delivery to the wrong address
- Lost or significantly damaged items during transit (with proof)
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You cancel outside of the allowed cancellation windows (see our Cancellation Policy).
- The delivery issue was caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Items were delivered correctly, on time, and as agreed, but later disputed without valid cause.
- You failed to be present for a required hand-off without rescheduling in advance.
💵 How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- For deliveries partially completed or affected by minor delays, a partial refund or service credit may be offered.
- Refund confirmation will be sent via email.
📦 Returns
Because we are a transport and delivery service, we do not accept physical returns. If you have received an item in error or damaged condition, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
