What areas does GoMoore deliver to?
We deliver across the state of Florida — from Tampa to Palm Harbor to Miami and beyond. If you need a delivery outside of Florida, please book under our delivery form and we’ll follow up with a custom out-of-state quote.
Do I need to provide a gate code?
Yes. If your community or building has gate access, please provide the gate code when placing your order. If our driver cannot access your location and no code is provided, a $10 inconvenience fee will be charged.
How can I track my package?
You can track all packages using 17TRACK.net. Just go to our “Where’s My Package?” page and enter your tracking number in the box provided.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — depending on the delivery. Orders within 5–10 miles and placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders outside that range or placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day as first priority.
What kind of items do you deliver?
We deliver packages, documents, clothing, electronics, food, furniture, appliances, and more. Visit our Services page to see everything we handle.
Can I schedule a pickup?
Yes, you can schedule a pickup through our booking form. Be sure to include accurate pickup instructions and any access details.
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Special requests may be considered for after-hours deliveries depending on availability.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
If you’re not home, we will leave the item in a secure, hidden area near your front door — away from common visibility — to help prevent theft. A photo will be taken and sent as proof of delivery. If your location doesn’t allow for a safe drop-off, a redelivery fee will apply.
What if my item is lost or damaged?
GoMoore takes pride in handling all items with care. Sometimes, pickups are positioned in ways that may appear concerning — but rest assured, we document everything. A photo is taken at pickup and delivery to show how your item was handled. We stand by our professionalism and treat every order with the respect it deserves.
Can I cancel or change my delivery?
Yes! You may cancel or reschedule your delivery — but please review the full terms on our Cancellation Policy page before doing so. It includes all cutoff times, fees, and instructions.
Do you deliver outside of Florida?
Yes! We handle out-of-state deliveries on request. Just fill out the form on our Book a Delivery page and we’ll reach out with next steps.
