At GoMoore Transport LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to accommodate our customers as much as possible while ensuring that our drivers and operations remain efficient and fairly compensated for their time.
📌 Cancellations
- Same-Day Deliveries:
For local same-day deliveries, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. - Long-Distance or State-to-State Deliveries:
These require at least 24 hours ‘ notice for cancellation. If canceled after this window, a cancellation fee of 10 % of the original order may apply. - Contracted or Recurring Deliveries:
For customers with scheduled or contracted deliveries, please provide 48 hours ‘ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your contract terms.
💳 Refunds After Cancellation
- If your cancellation falls within our acceptable timeframes, any applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- If the cancellation falls outside the allowed window, a partial refund may be issued minus the cancellation fee, if applicable.
🔁 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a delivery free of charge if we’re notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Reschedule requests within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup will be allowed for the same-day delivery. But if outside of the 6 hours of your scheduled pickup may be subject to additional charges.

Make sure to include your tracking number or order ID when requesting a cancellation or reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse future services for repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide timely and reliable delivery services to all our customers.
