We currently provide delivery services within the United States, focusing on:
- Local same-day delivery within Hillsborough County and surrounding counties. (15 to 20 Mile radius outside of Hillsborough County).
- Long-distance / State-to-state delivery (e.g., Florida, Georgia, Texas, and surrounding states)
- Contract and Commercial Delivery Services across the Southeast U.S.
Please contact us directly for availability if your delivery location is outside of our standard service zones. The Exact Service Area will be confirmed during booking.
🕒 Delivery Timeframes
We offer various delivery options depending on your needs:
- Same-Day Local Delivery: Orders received by 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day. It may also vary.
- Next-Day or Scheduled Delivery: Available upon request for both local and long-distance deliveries.
- Long-Distance Deliveries: Timeframes vary by location and range from 1–3 business days.
Exact delivery time will be confirmed during booking.
📦 Package Requirements
We accept a wide range of items, including:

- Oversized or bulk deliveries
- Sensitive or high-value cargo
All packages must be securely sealed and labeled clearly with the recipient’s name and contact information. Items deemed illegal, hazardous, or restricted by law will not be accepted for transport.

Our pricing is based on:
- Delivery distance
- Package size and weight
- Urgency (same-day or scheduled delivery)
- Contract terms (if applicable)
You’ll receive a custom quote before we confirm your delivery. Use our “Get a Quote” feature on our website for fast, upfront pricing.
🧾 Tracking & Confirmation
Once your delivery is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package status on our website.

A delivery confirmation will also be provided via email or text once your item has reached its destination.
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery:
- Contact us at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery may be subject to a service fee
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy
